Delivery Information
Unless collecting from us yourself, or buying a downloadable product, your order will be shipped once payment has been fully processed.
A tracking number will issue allowing you:
- monitor your order's progress
- anticipate the approximate arrival time (to within a few hours)
- change delivery address en-route.*
In our experience you can expect delivery 5-7 working days after receiving your tracking details.
Note: after receiving a tracking code, delivery address changes must be made with our shipper, not FreeDiveIreland (we have no control over parcels once shipped). Changing delivery address while your parcel is en-route may delay delivery by a day or two. Please discuss your options carefully with the courier before committing.
